Here is more information about the MLS Expansion Draft: ò The draft will be held by teleconference Nov. 6 at 1:00 pm (ET). ò Chicago picks first and Miami second. Miami has the choice of first-pick in '98 supplemental or college draft this winter. ò Each teams picks 12 players. ò The 10 existing clubs must submit the list of players it will expose: 10 players, of which nine must be American players, to the league office by noon (ET) on Oct. 30. ò After a club loses a player, it can protect an additional player. ò No club can lose more than three players. ò Chicago and Miami can draft no more than three goalkeepers each.
