4. NAIA: Northwood ousts top men's seed AUM

Finn Joonas Siikala's hat trick gave Northwood University a 3-2 win over top seed Auburn University-Montgomery Thursday evening in the second round of the NAIA Men's National Championship in Pensacola, Fla.
The Seahawks - making their first trip to the national tournament - moved to 10-10-2 overall and advance to Saturday's quarterfinals. In other second-round play, Rio Grande knocked off defending champion Lindsey Wilson, 2-1. Webber International and Graceland also advanced. 

Top seed Azusa Pacific beat Tiffin, 3-0, to move into the quarterfinals of the NAIA Women's National Championship in Olathe, Kan. Also advancing were the other three top seeds: Lindsey Wilson, Martin Methodist and Houghton.
