Note: Teams have 14 days to make an offer to a drafted player and 21 days to sign him before the player becomes a free agent. For a player also selected in the MLS draft, the A-League team that drafted him holds the rights of negotiation . If the player is released by the MLS club, the A-league team has seven days to make an offer and 14 to sign the player before he becomes a free agent.
