In his second game and first start German Second Division club Munich 1860, Josh Wolff scored his first goal for the club in a 2-1 loss to Kickers Offenbach.

Californian Kamani Hill, 21, made his German First Division debut for VfL Wolfsburg in a 2-1 loss to Hertha Berlin. Hill was a 68th minute sub.

Benny Feilhaber
was a halftime sub for Hamburg SV in its 1-1 tie with Arminia Bielefeld. Goalkeeper Kasey Keller and Borussia M'Gladbach fell, 3-1, to Energie Cottbus.

In England, Brian McBride scored his 10th in all competitions of the 2006-7 season in Fulham's 3-0 win over Stoke City in a the FA Cup fourth round. Carlos Bocanegra went the full 90 for Fulham; Clint Dempsey was 61st minute sub. Bobby Convey provided an assist for Reading in its 3-2 FA Cup win over Birmingham. DaMarcus Beasley scored in Manchester City's 3-1 win over Southampton. Also advancing in the FA Cup were Brad Friedel, who helped Blackburn down Luton Town, 4-0; and Jay DeMerit, who helped Watford win, 1-0, against West Ham, for which Jonathan Spector went the full 90.

In Belgium, Oguchi Onyewu, who has been linked to Chelsea, helped Standard Liege thump Charleroi, 5-2.

In the Netherlands, Michael Bradley played the last 20 minutes in Heerenveen's 5-1 win over Heracles.

University of California defender Steve Purdy, a Northern California product, has signed with German Second Division club Munich 1860, where he joins Americans Gregg Berhalter andá Wolff. Purdy was picked by the Los Angles Galaxy in the MLS Supplemental Draft.

University of Portland goalkeeper Luis Robles, an Arizona product, has signed with German Second Division club Kaiserslautern. Robles was picked in the fourth round of the MLS SuperDraft by D.C. United.
