The MLS All-Stars will face Glasgow Celtic at the Colorado Rapids' Dick's Sporting Goods Park in the 2007 Sierra Mist MLS All-Star Game on July 19. Last year, the MLS All-Stars defeated EPL champ Chelsea, 1-0, in Bridgeview, Ill.

The Columbus Crew re-signed defender Frankie Hejduk, 32, to a two-year contract. Hejduk, a U.S. veteran of the 1998 and 2002 World Cups, joined the Crew from German club Bayer Leverkusen in 2003 after starting his pro career with MLS's Tampa Bay Mutiny. In April of 2006 he suffered a season-ending torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

FC Dallas will meet twice with Brazilian club Clube Atletico Paranaense in home-and-home series that is part of the partnership between the two clubs that was established in September 2006. The first leg of the series will be played in Curitiba, Brazil on March 7. The return leg will be played at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas March 31. The winner of the aggregate goal series will win the USA-Brazil Challenge Cup.
