Adele Letro scored the tying goal in the 89th minute and won the game from the penalty spot in the 99th minute to lead No. 25 Utah past Air Force, 2-1.  Letro's goals tied her with Florida State's Mami Yamaguchi for the nation's scoring lead with 16 goals. In other Mountain West action, BYU lost for the second straight when it fell at San Diego State, 2-0. The Cougars had opened the season at 11-0-2.
