Region IV teams competing at the US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Thanksgiving Interregionals went 7-0-2 in '92, '93 and '94 divisions.
The Region IV '94s tied the U.S. U-14 boys split squad, 2-2, and beat Region I, 4-0, and Region II, 6-0. Ruben Duran led the '94s with four goals.

The Region IV '93s went 2-0-1 and the '92s were 3-0-0.
