Shattuck-St. Mary's players sign at national powers

Seven players signed national letters of intent on Wednesday from Shattuck-St. Mary's School, the Minnesota boarding school that offers a full-time residential program for soccer players.
 
From the boys program, coached by Tim Carter, Canada U-17 Teal Bunbury, son of former Canada international Alex Bunbury, is headed to Akron, Rob Kempf will play for Santa Clara, Chris Sutton will enroll at Notre Dame and Bakari Williams will attend James Madison in his native Virginia. Bunbury, Kempf and Sutton are all Minnesota residents.

Girls signing letters of intent from SSM's girls program headed by David Linenberger are Chelsea Stewart (Vanderbilt), Kristina Rioux (Pittsburgh) and Brooke Baker (Winona State).
