Newcastle denies Bin Laden family's offer

[OFF THE POST] Newcastle United has denied reports that the Saudi Binladen Group (SBG), a multinational construction conglomerate whose chief executive is Osama Bin Laden's half-brother Bakr Bin Laden, has made a $600 million bid for the English Premier League team.

"It is absolute nonsense," a Newcastle spokesman told the Times of London.

After news of the possible deal surfaced, SBG reiterated that it has severed all ties with the FBI's most wanted terrorist.

The Al-Qaeda leader is widely rumored to be an Arsenal supporter.
