French club Monaco, which already has started a development program with the Chicago Magic, has also entered into an alliance with Rush Soccer to provide opportunities for players from three of its clubs, the Colorado Rush, Texas Rush-AHFC and Virginia Rush.

"AS Monaco FC continues its commitment to youth with the U-16 and U-18 academies of the Chicago Magic and Rush Soccer programs," said Jerome de Bontin, Monaco's American president.  "We now have presence in the West with Colorado Rush, Midwest with Chicago Magic, South with Texas Rush-AHFC and East with Virginia Rush."

An exchange program beginning this winter will feature the best players from all four clubs, giving them the chance to train at Monaco. Additionally, the program will bring Monaco coaches to the U.S. to conduct training and clinics for American players and coaches.

"It is a win-win for everybody," said Tim Schulz, the president of Rush Soccer. "It enhances our program by providing our top players European experiences unlike anywhere else in the United States."
