Philadelphia's 2010 MLS soccer team is getting ready for its first sellout -- Monday's groundbreaking ceremony at the site of its 18,500-seater stadium in Chester, where MLS Commissioner Don Garber will get his hands dirty by putting shovel to soil in front of temporary bleachers filled with members of the Sons of Ben fan club.

Nick Sakiewicz, the CEO of team owner Keystone Sports & Entertainment, has said that the team is "over 6,000 season-ticket deposits and... about to announce our second major stadium sponsor next Monday." The owners are "very excited about the future. [It] looks like we'll sell out the stadium the first year, and we are very focused on building the best stadium we can and servicing our great fans."

Over the next two months the team expects to start a naming campaign, and will release information on season-ticket prices as it shapes up to announce the team's name, logo and color scheme.
