Eleven-year-old Evan Mundine of Bastrop, Texas, is selling his autographed soccer memorabilia to help find a bone marrow donor for the wife of his favorite player, Real Salt Lake's Andy Williams. Marcia Williams has leukemia.

The fifth-grader broke his legs two years ago while playing soccer and, while recovering, received soccer balls, jerseys and photographs from some of his favorite players. "It made me feel kind of embarrassed, but it was nice," Evan said. "I knew all that stuff was important, but I could use them for something better."

So far he has raised $900 by selling the gear on eBay, money that he's sent to Soccer Unites Utah, a fund-raising body that will help pay for Marcia's marrow transplant once a donor is found. During a soccer tournament in Round Rock this Saturday, Evan wants to help enter more people into a bone marrow database and try to find Marcia Williams a match. He has also helped raise money for other leukemia patients and to start a memorial fund for a friend whose brother died of the disease last year.
