[AWARDS] Soccer America executive editor Mike Woitalla received his seventh award in the NSCAA Writing Contest when he was selected as one of three winners in the 2008 contest.

Woitalla won with his entry in the Column category, "It's Wonderful to Win, But..." He is tied with Michael Lewis for the most awards received in the contest.

Covering the West Virginia University men's and women's programs, Todd Murray of The Dominion Post in Morgantown, W.Va., became only the fourth person to claim two awards in the same year with honors in the Deadline/Game Story category and Non-Deadline/Feature.

Tim Goodenow earned the award in the College Division for MSNsportsNET.com.
