FC Dallas Juniors head to Brazil

While FC Dallas Juniors, one of the surprises of the 2008-09 Development Academy season, are on winter break while the high school season is being played in Texas, four players are scheduled to join the senior MLS team on its trip to Curitiba, Brazil, that begins Thursday: U-16s Victor Ulloa, Chris Figueroa, and Darin Kruzich and U-18 Cody Adams.
FCD's U-16 team has added U.S. U-15 national team midfielder Matthew Dunn, as well as players from the Dallas Texans (Marco Carrizales), Solar (Jose Gamino) and Longhorns (Daniel Garcia). In addition, FC Dallas Youth forward Matt Bonano has moved up to the Juniors U-18 team.
The FCD Juniors will resume Development Academy play on March 21. They will participate in the Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup XXX April 5-12 at Pizza Hut Park.
