[ENGLAND] When Manchester United goalie Ben Foster dived to his left and stopped Jamie O'Hara's penalty kick en route to a 4-1 shootout win over Tottenham Hotspur in Sunday's English League Cup final, he wasn't guessing. Only minutes earlier, Foster was studying clips on his iPod of Spurs' penalty-takers prepared by United goalie coach Eric Steele and watched O'Hara shoot to the exact spot in an England U-21 game in November.

"I had been told that if O'Hara took a kick from the spot then I should stand up and be strong and that he would probably put the ball to my left," Foster told the Times.

He added, "The iPod is an innovation of Eric's, he brought it to the club when he joined us from Blackburn Rovers. It's an amazing tool to have, it means you can brush up straightaway."
