The Region II '94 ODP all-stars won the fifth-place game at the 32-team Trofeo Franco Gallini in Pordenone, Italy, by beating Iran on penalty kicks.

The Region all-stars had beaten Hungary, 3-2, and Pordenone, 2-0, and tied Opitergina, 1-1, in group play and lost to Romania, 1-0, in knockout play.

Arsenal FC of California tied its three group games and then won its two placement games. Beadling of Pennsylvania won one game tied another in five games.
