Ivica Supe of Croatian Third Division club Zagora FC was given a gift for each of the goals he's scored this season from the team's sponsor, a shepherd.

"It was a surprise, I just don't know where I will keep them," Supe said about the 16 sheep he now owns. "And I am expecting to score more by the end of the season."

"We are only a small club, and we could not get anyone else to sponsor us," the Ananova news service quoted a club spokesman as saying. "There is no industry in the area, it's only a small village, and we were delighted when Mr. [Josko] Bralic offered to support us with sheep."
