D.C. United will meet Carmel United in Thursday's U-17/18 championship match at U.S. Soccer Development Academy's  Finals Week being held at the Home Deport Center (TV: ESPN Classic, live, 7 pm PT10 pm ET).

D.C. defeated PDA, 5-1, getting a pair of goals from Michael Funes and Chris Hegngi, to jump from third to first place in Group 2 when Real Colorado fell to CASL Chelsea FC Academy, 2-0.

Carmel, last year's U-15/16 champion, clinched the Group 1 title with a 3-3 tie with the IMG Soccer Academy.
