19. The Columbus Crew set a league record for a home unbeaten streak when its 3-2 triumph over Toronto marked its 19th straight regular-season win at Crew Stadium, surpassing San Jose's streak set in 2004-05. Defending champion Columbus' last home loss came on June 7, 2008.
CLAUDIO LOPEZ. Kansas City's Argentine forward stole the show from Los Angeles's David Beckham by scoring with a shot from his own half in a 1-1 tie. Beckham did assist Landon Donovan for the equalizer. It was Donovan's eighth goal of the season.
4.Real Salt Lake entered halftime down, 2-0, against FC Dallas, then scored four second-half goals -- Yura Movsisyan, Robbie Findley, own goal, Yura Movsisyan for a 4-2 win.

1. Houston lost its first home game of the season, falling 1-0 to New England on a Kheli Dube goal. Houston's home unbeaten streak of 17 games (12-0-5) dated back to a 2-0 loss to New England on June 12, 2008.
12. The New York Red Bulls lost 4-0 at Colorado to tie the league record 12-game winless streak that the franchise set in during the 1999 season. The Bulls, MLS runners-up last season, are now 2-15-4. The Rapids, playing without leading scorer Conor Casey (suspended), got their goals from Jacob Peterson, Pat Noonan, Nick LaBrocca and Mehdi Ballouchy.
