A Pennsylvania woman who last year made national news for bringing her loaded handgun to her 5-year-old daughter's soccer games and practices was found dead in her home along with her husband in what AP reported was an apparent murder-suicide.

In September of 2008, other parents on the team reported Meleanie Hain to police after she carried a Glock 26 in a holster on her hip. She was dubbed the "Pistol Packin' Soccer Mom" in media headlines.

The Lebanon County Sheriff revoked her concealed-weapons permit, but it was granted back by a judge.

AP reported that Hain and her husband Scott Hain were pronounced dead Wednesday night and that police said the couple's three children were home but were not hurt.
