[CROWD COUNT] Crowds were surprisingly small for the second round of the NCAA Division I Men's Tournament on Sunday. There were only three crowds in excess of 2,000, and five crowds below 700. Perhaps the best atmosphere was at San Diego, where tortilla-throwing supporters of visiting UC Santa Barbara boosted the crowd to 1,541.
