[AMERICANS ABROAD] Clint Dempsey scored two goals in the second half to lead Fulham to a 3-0 win over Blackburn, giving him five goals in the last five English Premier League games.

Jozy Altidore squared off against Tim Howard for the first time with Altidore's Hull City beating Everton, 3-2.

Dempsey converted crosses from Damien Duff and Simon Davies to seal the win at Blackburn.

Altidore, who earned an 8 (out of 10) in the Daily Mail ratings, started his third straight match for the Tigers, who moved into a tie for 13th with Everton and Birmingham. Everton has just one win in its last seven games.

Everton (4-6-3) has one win in its last seven games and is at 15 points along with Hull (4-7-3), just four above the relegation zone.
