[DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY]
Cal Odyssey, second in the 2009 Development Academy U-15/16 age group, is the top-ranked club in the age group with a 7-0-1 record going into this weekend's Development Academy Winter Showcase.

Villyan Bijev leads the Fresno area team with seven goals in eight games.

Bijev is one of five players who started in the 2009 championship game, along with goalie Matt Dishno, Jon-Paul Medina, Josh Alvarez and Gregory Antognoli.

Odyssey standout Nathan Smith has moved on to the U.S. under-17 residency program in Bradenton, Fla.
