USA gets England June 12 in Rustenburg and then plays Slovenia June 18 in Johannesburg and Algeria June 23 in Tshwane/Pretoria (Group C)! Mexico gets the break -- opens against South Africa in the June 11 opener. The Group of Death: Brazil, Portugal, Ivory Coast and North Korea in Group G.
