[AMERICANS ABROAD] Marcus Hahnemann certainly made a case for himself as the No. 3 U.S. keeper at the World Cup with a solid performance in Wolves' 1-0 win at Tottenham on Saturday, its second victory in a row with the American in goal.

Wolves took the lead in the 3rd minute and held on to claim its second successive Premier League win and move out of the relegation zone.

Hahnamenn was solid in goal, stopping Peter Crouch and Tom Huddlestone twice late in the game.

He has started the last three games for Wolves, which picked him up as a free agent from Reading.
