The Los Angeles Galaxy acquired three young players on loan from Brazilian club Sao Paulo for the 2010 MLS season.

Alex, a 21-year-old left-sided player, Juninho, a 20-year-old central midfielder and 6-foot-2 Leonardo, a 21-year-old central defender all spent two weeks training with the Galaxy in October.

They all played on the team that won the Super Group at the 2007 Dallas Cup.

This isn't the first time the Galaxy has turned to Sao Paulo for reinforcements. Ex-Paulistas Marcelo Saragosa and Paulo Nagamura moved to the Galaxy in 2004 nd 2005, respectively.

Both are still in MLS with Galaxy neighbor Chivas USA.
