Baltimore Bays Chelsea set the pace

[BOYS U-17 SHOWCASE] Highly regarded 15-year-old Michael Gamble scored two goals to help the Baltimore Bays Chelsea to a 5-0 win over Campton United SC Navy in Sunday's Under-17 Boys Showcase action at Disney's Soccer Showcase.

Joseph Glos scored the first goal for the Bays, who won the 2009 U.S. Youth Soccer National League and National Championships in the U-15 age group.

Gamble and Malcolm Harris, who both have spent time in the under-15 national team program, are among the Bays stars.

The Dallas Texans' academy team, which included several players from their 2009 U.S. Youth Soccer under-16 national championship team, opened with a 2-1 win over Weston FC.

The day's highest-scoring game involved Tulsa SC Red and Blast FC Red. The Oklahoma team emerged with a 6-4 win.
