Laura Weinberg led Region III with a pair of first-half goals.

Regions II and III finished with 2-1-0 records in 1992 action. Region I prevented a Region II sweep with a 2-1 win, while Region III got a goal in the 88th minute from Danielle Au to beat Region IV, 2-1, for its second victory.
