[NEVADA WOMEN]
Missy Price has been promoted from assistant to head women's coach at Nevada, replacing Jaime Frias, who resigned last fall to return to Virginia.

In 2009, the Wolfpack reached WAC tournament final for only the second time in program history and had a program record for conference wins in a season with five.

During her time at Nevada, Price served as the team sport psychologist, assisted with training sessions, game preparation, film analysis and was the goalkeeper coach. In addition, she also was responsible for the equipment budget, compliance forms, academics, team travel, summer camps and was the community service coordinator.

Prior to her time at Nevada, Price served as an assistant coach at Miami (Fla.), Illinois and Virginia.

She played collegiately at Maryland.
