Manuel Garcia Quillon, Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez's agent, ruled out a move to Juventus, which is on the verge of firing Coach Ciro Ferrera.

"Benítez to Juventus? In football you never know," Quillon said. "Right now, that hypothesis is not correct because he is a very important figure [at Anfield]. The idols of the fans are [Steven] Gerrard, [Fernando] Torres and Benítez. I don't know what will happen in four to five months. In football, everything changes quickly, but the basic principle is that Rafa still has a four-year contract with Liverpool."

Dutchman Guus Hiddink is believed to have turned down the Juve job, but it remains to be seen if Benitez could be tempted by a move to Turin. He is unhappy with the situation at Liverpool, which lacks the resources to make the moves necessary to turn the team around.
