McGaw heads Golden Bears' freshman group

[CALIFORNIA MEN] Torey McGaw, a 2008-09 Development Academy all-conference pick with Mustang Soccer Club, heads a group of five freshmen whom California signed to national letters of intent. The Cal recruiting class is completed by JC transfer Michael Shaddock.

The other incoming freshman include in-state products Ryan Neil (United FC), a midfielder from Mission Viejo, Kevin Peach (West Valley FC Elite), a goalkeeper from San Jose, and Alec Sundly (Irvine Strikers), a forward/midfielder from Capistrano Beach.

Goalkeeper Justin Taillole (Sereno) hails from Scottsdale, Ariz.
