Sounders rally to beat Vancouver [VIDEO]

[MLS] In 2011, the Seattle Sounders and Vancouver Whitecaps will formally meet again when the Whitecaps join MLS. For now, though, the former USL rivals can only square off in friendly action. Seattle rallied from two goals down at the half on Thursday to defeat the Whitecaps, 3-2, at the new Grande Sports World complex in Casa Grande, Ariz.

Young Gambian Sanna Nyassi was the difference, scoring twice for the Sounders, including the winning goal in the 88th minute. Lamar Neagle scored the third goal off a corner kick from fellow trialist Josh Gardner.

Vancouver had only one day in Arizona before it faced the Sounders, who had been in camp for more than a week, but the USSF Division 2 team opened the scoring on goals by Marlon James and Ansu Toure.
