Brazilian Eduardo scored on an assist from countryman Andre Luiz in the 2nd minute.

D.C. United 0.
An own goal in the 8th minute was the game's only goal; United started academy grad Bill Hamid in goal and 16-year-old academy player Andy Najar in midfield.

Irapuato (Mexico) 1 Chivas USA 3.
Mikael Galindo broke the game open with two first-half goals; match drew 15,000 fans in Irapuato.

FC Dallas 7 Tulsa Univ. 1
Atiba Harris and David Ferreira each scored two goals ... Brek Shea had three assists ... Defender Anthony Wallace suffered strained muscle.

Houston Dynamo 4 SMU 0.

Dynamo got two goals each from Cameron Weaver and Dominic Oduro.

Philadelphia Union 5 Univ. of North Carolina 0.
Frenchman Sebastien Le Toux led Union with three first-half goals; Shea Salinas and Jack McInerney added goals after intermission.
