While the suspected shooter remains at large, Mexico City prosecutors have charged six employees of a bar with covering for the suspect in the shooting of Paraguayan striker Salvador Cabanas. The waiters and other staff allegedly either helped the suspect escape, covered up evidence or failed to provide information on the crime.
Cabanas, who starred for Club America, is recovering after being shot in the head on Jan. 25. Cabanas was Paraguay's leading scorer in its successful 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign.
