As the Seattle Sounders returned to Qwest Field for preseason training and to prep for a Thursday night friendly against the Portland Timbers, goalkeeper Kasey Keller needled his club for a lack of signings for its second season in MLS: "So far I feel good. We haven’t had really any significant injuries. We have had some guys who are a little bit banged up this preseason. But that’s to be expected. At the same time, we haven’t had some of those big signings as well to kind of bring some fresh faces in here and really put that competition on."
