The Harris County-Houston Sports Authority formally agreed on Thursday to take a role in the construction of a stadium for MLS's Houston Dynamo. "This is kind of the last piece of the puzzle,” said David Turkel, director of the county's community services department. “Now that we have everything in place our governing bodies can formally consider it."
