[AMERICANS ABROAD] Teenager Mikkel Diskerud, who played for the USA at the 2009 Under-20 World Cup, scored his first goal of the season for Stabaek in its 2-2 tie with Aalesund in Norway's Tippeligaen.

Diskerud, who was born in Oslo to an American mother, joined Stabaek's youth program in 2005 and debuted for the first team in 2008.

Stabaek is unbeaten after three games with one win and two ties.
