Needless to say, the debut of mlssoccer.com, MLS's new website launched at considerable expense, hasn't gone over well. Like all web site redesigns, mlssoccer.com has bugs. Problem is, that's only the beginning of the problems with the site.
Bigsoccer.com blogger Bill Archer calls the new site "a useless, clunky, non-intuitive, information-free collection of pages." It launched for MLS's First Kick, featuring "game previews which have no usable information and game summaries that tell you nothing about the game, along with videos that don't work or only work a little."
Chris Schlosser, MLS's Director of Digital Strategy, promises the bugs will be fixed and fans will soon enjoy a significantly better experience.
