[AMERICANS ABROAD] Maurice Edu started for Rangers but there was no room for DaMarcus Beasley on its bench for its final Old Firm derby of the 2009-10 season, won by Celtic, 2-1.

Lee Naylor and Marc-Antoine Fortune scored in the first half for Celtic, which won for the first time in four league games against Rangers, which had already clinched the Scottish Premier League title.

Edu had scored in stoppage time in Rangers' 1-0 win in late February for the win that broke open the league race.

Beasley had played for Rangers for the first time in the SPL in six weeks on Saturday when he came on as a substitute in the first half.

He has played in only one Old Firm game since arriving at Rangers from Manchester City in 2007.
