Colorado Rush romps in Sweden

[GOTHIA CUP] The Colorado Rush won the under-15 girls bracket at Sweden's Gothia Cup on Saturday with a 3-2 win over Boo IF of Sweden. MVP Brittany Stark scored all three goals to finish the tournament with 10 goals.

The Rush Girls outscored their opponents, 50-2, in 10 games in Sweden.  All 16 players on the roster scored at least one goal during the six-day tournament.

The Gothia Cup team was made up of players from four Rush teams. The core of the group are players on the U-14 Colorado Rush Nike team players, along with two from the U-15 Colorado Rush Nike, two are from the U-13 Colorado Rush Nike and three girls are from the under-14 Oregon Rush.
