Mexico captain Rafael Marquez, who could make his New York Red Bulls debut this Sunday against Chicago, is one of 13 Mexico 2010 World Cup players called by interim coach Enrique Meza for a friendly against world champion Spain at Azteca Stadium on Wednesday.

Also called in were three England-based players: Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez, Tottenham's Giovani dos Santos and Arsenal's Carlos Vela.

Chivas Guadalajara players are unavailable because Chivas face Brazil's Internacional in the Copa Libertadores final on Wednesday.
