[DATEBOOK] The MLS quarterfinals begin on Thursday when the Columbus Crew travels to the Colorado Rapids in one of four quarterfinal games to be televised on ESPN2. All eight games will be available on national television.
 
Conference Semifinal #1 (at lower seed):
Thursday, Oct. 28
Columbus Crew at Colorado Rapids, 9 p.m. ET, ESPN2/Deportes/ESPN3.com
Saturday, Oct. 30
Real Salt Lake at FC Dallas, 5 or 5:30pm ET, FSC/Fox Deportes
New York Red Bulls at San Jose Earthquakes, 10 p.m. ET, TeleFutura
Sunday, Oct. 31
LA Galaxy at Seattle Sounders FC, 8:00 p.m. ET, ESPN2/Deportes/ESPN3.com
 
Conference Semifinal #2 (at higher seed):
Thursday, Nov. 4
San Jose Earthquakes at New York Red Bulls, 8 p.m. ET, ESPN2/Deportes/ESPN3.com
Saturday, Nov. 6
Colorado Rapids at Columbus, 4 p.m. ET, TeleFutura
FC Dallas at Real Salt Lake., 10 p.m. ET – FSC/Fox Deportes

Tiebreaker: If the teams are tied after 180 minutes in the conference semifinal series or 90 minutes of regulation in the conference finals, a 30-minute overtime period will be played followed by penalty kicks, if necessary.
 
Conference final hosts: The teams with the higher seed between the two conference finalists will host the conference finals.
