[MAKING A LIST] Nine teams won women’s conference championships for the first time this weekend and will be making their debut in the NCAA Women’s Tournament,which begins this week.

Atlantic Sun: Mercer.  Freshman Nadja Kolliesuah’s goal in the first minute ofthe second half was the difference in the Bears’ win over Jacksonville in the final.

Big West: Long BeachState. The 49ers shut out regular-season champion UC Irvine for the first time this season with their 1-0 win in Sunday’s final.

MAAC: Siena. Tabitha Tice’s golden goal gave the the Saints a 1-0 win over top-seed Canisius in the final.

Northeast:St. Francis (Pa.). The Red Flashes upset LIU, 1-0, in Brooklyn when NEC Player of the Year Tesa McKibben’s cross took a deflection off a Blackbirddefender and slipped into the goal.

Patriot: Lehigh. Liz Carlos’ goal in the 76th minute gave the MountainHawks a 1-0 win at top seed Army before a crowd of 1,250, Sunday’s second largest crowd for a conference final.

Southland: UTSA. Maria Jose Rojas’ goal in overtime gave the Roadrunners in a 1-0 victory over top-seed Southeastern Louisiana.

Southwestern: Jackson State. Late goals by Liana Knight and Yamala Ebru gave the Tigers a 2-0 win over Mississippi Valley in Sunday’s final.

Summit: North Dakota State. The Bison raced out to a 3-0 lead on goals by Holly Christian, Quin Ryan and Marissa Wolfgram and held off WesternIllinois, 3-1, in the final.

Sun Belt: Middle Tennessee. The Blue Raiders advanced past No. 15 Denver, 3-2, onpenalty kicks after the teams tied 0-0 through two overtime. They also used a shootout victory to win the semifinals against host Western Kentucky Thursday night.
