[NJCAA MEN] Suffolk County Community College defeated host Herkimer County Community College, 2-1, in the NJCAA Division III men's championship thanks to a pair of goals by Dimas Escobar.

The Clippers, who finished 18-0-1, went ahead in the first half when Alejandro Lopez fed Escobar in front of the Herkimer goal.

The hosts tied the game on a goal by Scotsman Jon Rosscraig, but Suffolk pulled ahead 13 minutes into second half on Escobar's second goal.
