[VIDEO PICK] Diego Forlan and Luis Suarez aren't only Uruguayan goleadores plying their trade in Europe. Edinson Cavani scored the most dramatic winner of last weekend's play, striking from distance after beating two defenders in the 93rd minute to give Napoli a 1-0 win over Lecce in Italy's Serie A ...

It was the second game in a row Cavani won with a stoppage-time goal and prompted Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis to say he preferred Cavani to AC Milan star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“I prefer Cavani to Ibrahimovic,” De Laurentiis smiled. “He is younger and my player.”

The win left Napoli, the only Italian team left in the Europa League, in second place in Serie A, three points behind AC Milan.
