Suspended FIFA executive member, Amos Adamu is being questioned by Nigeria's anti-corruption agency on allegations of corruption on a variety of fronts.

"We invited Adamu after he finally arrived in the country on Friday and he has been at our office in Abuja since Wednesday morning," disclosed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission spokesman Femi Babafemi. "For now, the investigations are on and we do not know when he will be allowed to leave our offices."

The biggest case involves how the $190 million budget for the 2003 All Africa Games of which he was the chief executive was spent. Other cases involve his wife and son-in-law. Adamu was suspended by FIFA for three years for breaching its code of ethics after being caught in the Sunday Times sting operation regarding the bids for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
