[TELEVISION WATCH] Fox Soccer has hired Jason Wormser as its new vice president of production responsible for  all productions on Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Soccer Plus, including live match telecasts and studio productions.

Wormser returns to Fox, where he spent eight years (1996-2003) as producer. He earned six Sports Emmy Awards, including recognition of his work on the 2001 World Series, where he served as associate producer.
Wormser then moved to the NFL Network for the past seven years, where he worked as a senior producer.

He worked last summer in South Africa as a freelance coordinating producer for ESPN’s FIFA World Cup coverage, focusing primarily on the network’s studio programming.
