[U.S. MEN] Injuries have forced Chivas USA forward Justin Braun and FC Dallas defender Ugo Ihemelu to leave the U.S. men’s national team training camp in Carson, Calif.

There are no immediate personnel additions planned, reducing the roster to 23 players.

Braun sustained a laceration in the region of his left Achilles' tendon on Tuesday during the morning training session.  The injury required four stitches and will sideline the forward for seven days.

Ihemelu is bothered by hip and groin injuries that he had rested following the 2010 MLS season. It was determined that the best long-term approach is for him to return to the club for further evaluation and rehabilitation in advance of the 2011 MLS campaign.
