Robert Enke, the German goalkeeper who committed suicide by stepping in front of a train 14 months ago, has had a street named after him in Hanover.
Robert-Enke-Strasse is close to the home stadium of Hannover 96, Enke’s club from 2004 until his death at age 32.
Enke, who made eight appearances for Germany, suffered from depression.
