Chelsea's Russian owner Roman Abramovich is worth about $17.1 billion and owns seven homes in the U.K., three in France and two in the United States.

The 44-year-old has 16 houses and apartments total, as well as seven cars and shares in seven companies, according to the billionaire’s income declaration for regional elections in the Chukotka region.

Abramovich is No. 5 on Finans magazine's annual list of richest Russians. (He is believed to have invested at least $800 million in Chelsea since 2003.)
